CEO Sekio Kishimoto and Hokuetsu’s Independent Directors have a long track record of poor governance and business management missteps

Oasis, a long-term shareholder of paper company Hokuetsu, submitted Shareholder Proposals for the upcoming AGM calling for the:

1.     Dismissal of CEO Sekio Kishimoto

2.     Dismissal of all four incumbent “independent” directors

3.     Election of five new highly qualified, independent, and diverse director candidates nominated by Oasis

We urge Hokuetsu’s fellow shareholders to vote FOR Oasis’s Shareholder Proposals at the upcoming AGM.
